Get reliable information about a variety of health topics – from exercise and nutrition to dealing with back pain and reducing stress.
We offer yoga, zumba, circuit training, and more at minimal costs. View our adult class offerings in Ossining and Port Chester.
Our Recess Rocks! program for kids ages 6 to 9 incorporates a variety of activities such as dance, kickboxing and tae kwon do, swing and African drumming, tai chi and yoga.
Our We Can! (Ways to Enhance Children's Activity & Nutrition) program offers a four weeks of guidance for parents and caregivers to help children ages 8 to 13 years old stay at a healthy weight.

Chronic Disease Self-Management
This six-week is designed to help persons age 18 and older who suffer from a chronic disease such as diabetes, arthritis, or heart disease.
Diabetes Prevention Program
Through a collaboration with the YMCA, we help people reduce their risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. Classes meet once a week for four months then they are followed by monthly maintenance meetings for eight months.
