Patient Privacy
There’s nothing more important to us than keeping your health information private. As a patient at Open Door you can rest assured that what you say to the doctor stays in the doctor’s office. Patient Advocates
Open Door recognizes that our patients often need more assistance in understanding the information given to them by their providers at their medical visits.  To assist our patients, each of our sites have patient advocates that are available to provide assistance with insurance coverage, education about your chronic illness, assistance with referrals, provide group and individual education,  and assist with other documents or questions that you may have.  Please feel free to ask for the advocate at the site where you get your care.

Open Door is accredited by the Joint Commission.  The Joint Commission’s Ambulatory Care Accreditation Program was established in 1975, and today more than 19,000 freestanding ambulatory care organizations are Joint Commission-accredited.  The Joint Commission nationally sets the standards for health care delivery.  Accreditation means that we have demonstrated a commitment to the highest level of patient safety and patient care; and met the nationally accepted benchmark of quality.
