Health Network

The Health Network of Port Chester is a group of health care providers working to address the needs of the community in Port Chester. The Network is a committee of The Council of Community Services, and is composed of representatives from Greenwich Hospital, Port Chester Carver Center, Open Door Family Medical Centers, Hudson Health Plan, Westchester County Dept. of Health-Healthy Beginnings, Port Chester/Rye Brook/Rye EMS, White Plains Hospital Center and various other Westchester County agencies.
