CALL CENTER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FT) – Community health center seeks qualified call center service representatives to manage high volume telephone messaging and appointment scheduling systems.  Bilingual Eng/Spn required.  Successful candidates will have previous call center or hospitality/guest services experience and/or training. Medical office experience a plus.

CALL CENTER MANAGER (FT) We are seeking a committed individual who can help us grow our organization and expand the reach of theCallCenter. We are looking for an experienced Call Center Manager. Responsibilities include, but not limited to managing, supervising, and coordinating the activities of call center professionals in providing telephone customer related services. Also knowledge of telephony systems is ideal as a replacement phone system is planned in the next year.  Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Exhibits strong leadership qualities and decision-making skills. Three or more years of managing a call center. Spanish-language skills and experience in care of the underserved strongly preferred. Knowledge of eClinical Works preferred. Bachelor’s degree is required.

CONTROLLER (FT)For community health center with multiple sites. Responsibilities include working with CFO on budgets, grants and other projects along with supervising accounting, billing and payroll depts. Requirements include BS in Accounting and five years management, healthcare accounting and reporting experience.

NURSE (RN/LPN) (FT) We have an excellent opportunity for a qualified registered nurse or licensed practical nurse to work in a very busy primary care practice in Westchester County.  Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.   Experience in a community-based primary medical care environment.  Able to multi-task in a dynamic fast paced environment, and knowledge or use of an EMR is a plus. Spanish-language skills preferred.
