Mission/Vision/Values

Mission:
Open Door Family Medical Centers provides quality primary health care and human services at affordable prices to the community, particularly low-income, under-served residents and those lacking access to health care.

Vision:
By 2015 Open Door Family Medical Centers will be a Medical Home to at least 54,000 patients in Westchester and Putnam counties.  The majority of the these patients will have a relationship with an Open Door care team of dedicated health care professionals and will be actively engaged in leading healthy lifestyles.  We will build strong, healthy communities through our efforts.
